CD: Kiuas War Anthems

Released: 27 October 2008
Label: Spinefarm UK

Kiuas are the newest, freshest Finnish metal act to reach the shores of Britain and create a frenzy amongst the long haired, beer drinking metal heads who love to party hard and headbang harder.

Kiuas War Anthems
is a special edition tour EP created especially for the UK, on their supportive label Spinefarm UK - the little sister of the Finnish original that took bands like Nightwish and Children of Bodom to the dizzy heights of global domination over the last decade.

Six tracks of pure aggression and ferocity - a mixture of live tracks and snippets from their incredible studio albums. All loaded with passion, fire and a fuckload of intensity. Throw in a cover of Testament's The Electric Crown for good measure and you've got a damn good showcase of what Kiuas are all about.

After completing a huge tour with Firewind, it's only a matter of time before Kiuas are rocking on the shores of Blighty once more with their collision of pagan, thrash and heavy metal. Don't miss out.
