It has been four years since the last Rammstein release and it has been hard to know what to expect, with the first pre-album single and video for Pussy causing ripples of surprise and amusement amongst the fans for its vulgar content!

However, Pussy is actually completely different from the rest of the album, which is epic in comparison. Rammlied kicks thing off with a good old-fashioned Rammstein song with choral parts, thunderous guitars and even the chanting of the band’s name, this song definitely says ‘we’re back’! This is followed by Ich Tu Dir Weh which is honestly one of the catchiest songs ever, even if you can’t understand the German.

There are of course the trademark quirks thrown in, Frühling In Paris features some lyrics from "Non, je ne regrette rien" by Edith Piaf and there is a nice bit of whistling at one point too!

The whole album is just comprised of fantastic songs varying from ones that will make you want to dance to others which will blow your ears off, plus the odd sombre moment but as a whole it has everything required for a great Rammstein album! This band continues to surprise and remain unique, bonkers and incredible all at the same time!
